We have a strict NO RETURN policy on all services and packages purchased.
All packages have a monthly commitment which expires every 4 weeks or 28 days after purchase and depending on your package. If you are not be able to continue due to medical reasons, we will extend the your package to an agreed upon amount of time not to exceed 1 year when we receive a doctors note. Your payments will continue as part of the package agreement in your absence and will be redeemed at the later date agreed upon. If you need to freeze your account due to vacation or other and this goes beyond 30 days this will trigger the 30 day cancellation policy and your account will be frozen after that point. If you are currently in a package and have received upfront services, price discounts and products (fit test $149.99, nutritional breakdown $199.99, HR monitor $89.99, boxing gloves $49.99, gym bag 39.99) you will be charged for the services, products and difference of promotional discount for every month you received service based on failure to continue your part of the package. You may transfer your package and services to another individual (non member) free of charge. All future payments will be processed on the FIRST DAY of each new month or every 4 weeks after your first purchased date depending on which package you are using. Your package rate will reflect which package you choose and the duration of that package. You will be committed to the payment structure and duration of this plan or it's cancellation protocol and pay back structure. 30-DAYS NOTICE is REQUIRED via email to brian@sweatshopunion.ca and a call to 289-837-2267 to cancel your package, suspend the auto renewal OR to downgrade your current package (NO EXCEPTIONS). SweatShop Union would be more then happy to upgrade your package at anytime. If you need to freeze your account due to vacation or other and this goes beyond 30 days this will trigger the 30 day cancellation policy and your account will be frozen after that point. 30 days notice will be given by Sweatshop Union for any changes in rates.
